Our Home Buyers Survey provides a comprehensive assessment of a property’s condition, enabling you to make an informed decision before committing to a purchase. Our surveys follow Levels 2 & 3 of the RICS Home Survey Standard, and are undertaken by Chartered Surveyors with a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience.

The in-depth survey provides detailed information about the building’s structural integrity, condition of key elements, and any defects that might cause problems or be expensive to fix in the future. Armed with this knowledge, you can proceed with your negotiations in confidence.

Choosing the right survey

We offer two levels of Home Buyer survey.

Our Standard Survey (RICS Level 2) is ideal for conventional properties in reasonable condition, providing a thorough assessment of the building’s condition and highlighting any significant issues that could affect its value.

For older properties, buildings in need of repair, or if you’re planning major works, our Premium Survey (RICS Level 3) offers the most comprehensive inspection. This detailed report provides in-depth analysis of the property’s construction and condition, including potential hidden defects, repair options and likely consequences if these are not addressed.
